Cremation

• Funeral service in crematorium chapel (30mins) * conditions apply
• Casket  with handles - different styles of caskets also available
• Transfer during normal working hours - after hours charges will apply
• Seasonal mixed floral arrangement
• Elite memorial book
• Medical certificates for cremation (if required)
• Death certificate
• Viewing, held within business hours, at funeral home * conditions apply
• Private viewing also available

Extras

Conditions

• Package provides a 30 minute service within crematorium chapel only.

If a church service is required prior to cremation, the package is void.

• Extra time in chapel can be provided subject to availability, charges apply.
• Any crematorium within the Sydney metropolitan area may be used for the service.
• Private viewing is also available upon request at Blacktown City Funerals.
• Day and time of viewing to be set according to funeral home schedule.
• Only listed extras may be added to package price. If additional extras are

 required, further charges may apply.

• Payment options are available and can be at the time of arrangement. Price includes GST.
• Price includes GST.

Chargers are subject to change where by changes due to price increase at Crematorium and Cemetery including certain other  services.
